1. Introduction

Welcome to Optimize by Gordon Charlton. By booking and attending sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between you (the client) and Gordon Charlton (the practitioner).

2. Nature of Services

The services provided by Gordon Charlton are intended to offer advice and support for mild psychological issues. These services are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional mental health care. The practitioner is not a medical doctor, and the services should not be considered medical treatment.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted with the highest level of confidentiality. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.  Unless there is a realistic threat of harm to either yourself or a third party.

4. Indemnity

By engaging in services with Gordon Charlton, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the practitioner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the services provided. The practitioner is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of the advice and support offered during sessions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel a session with more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.
  • Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be provided.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without any penalty.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card or Debit Card via PayPal. (Account email paypal@gordoncharlton.com

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Gordon Charlton reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
