I can help you quit smoking forever today!

I use a combined approach of Counselling, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy to give you the best possible chance of quitting for good.

I will work with you to help you understand your addiction and help you identify your risks.

We then use hypnotherapy to give you a new non-smoking self image – a healthier  vision of yourself.

Lastly, I provide mindfulness exercises you can do to manage any cravings in future.

This combined approach gives you the best possible chance to quit for good.

A single session is all that is required.  The session lasts around 75 minutes and costs £75.00 (payable in advance).
