In my practice I use a number of different approaches, including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Counselling (PCC), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness, as appropriate. These are used separately or in combination for a number of issues, such as:
- Anxiety, including Social Phobia and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Smoking Cessation
