I graduated in 1998 with a MA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen and gained my MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University in 2001.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society.
I also hold a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma from the National Council for Hypnotherapy
My focus is on the development of people. The services I provide are tailored to the client requirements to help them maximise their potential.
This is done by using evidence based, research proven, psychological methods to provide solution focused counselling and support in a number of areas, such as Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Stress, and so on.
Where appropriate I also offer hypnotherapy for a variety of issues, including phobias, weight-loss, self-confidence, smoking cessation, other problem behaviours, such as nail biting, teeth grinding, etc.
