My Passion is Psychology.
I am a psychologist. And I love my work.
Over the years I have helped many people to find happiness and peace.
I don’t have a magic wand to make your troubles disappear, but I can help you to help yourself and I can give you the tools to do it.
I do this using various methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy.
CBT is highly effective for things like Depression and Anxiety, as recommended by NICE.
Hypnotherapy is highly effective for dealing with phobias, stopping smoking and more.
Initial appointments are free and carry no obligation to have any further sessions. They are just a chance for us to meet and see if we can work together.
