Special Focus on Men’s Issues: Men often struggle with reconciling their sexual desires with societal expectations, exacerbated by the influence of social media and the porn industry. This can lead to unrealistic expectations and problematic behaviors. My approach aims to help men aged 25 to 55 understand and manage these challenges, particularly during key life events such as forming initial intimate relationships, the birth of children, and navigating the menopause. By addressing these pivotal moments, we can foster healthier relationships and self-perceptions.

What You Can Expect:
- Non-Judgmental Environment: Sessions are conducted in a supportive and non-judgmental manner.
- Session Structure: Sessions are typically 55 minutes in duration and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. There is no commitment to a number of sessions and you are free to stop and start as you feel appropriate. For guidance a typical number of sessions can be anywhere from 3 to 12.
- Expected Outcomes: We will work together to set realistic goals and measure progress, aiming for improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and greater self-awareness.
- Support Between Sessions: Additional resources such as reading materials and exercises may be provided to support your progress between sessions.
- Cost and Payment Options: First session is free of charge. Each subsequent session is £125 to be paid at the time of booking. Please see the Terms for full details.
